Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Boil or steam sweet potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Mash or dice to desired consistency.

  4. In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, sweet potato, green beans, carrots, ground flaxseed, olive oil, and parsley.
