Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 4 cups water

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice in 4 cups of water according to package instructions.
  2. Steam or boil the sweet potatoes until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Bake the salmon fillet at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Steam the green beans and spinach until wilted.
