Ingredients

Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the brown rice, carrots, green beans, and low-sodium beef broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
