🧊 Safety & Storage
Refrigerate fresh portions in airtight containers for up to 4 days. Freeze individual portions for up to 3 months. Thaw frozen portions overnight in refrigerator, never at room temperature. Always serve at room temperature or slightly warmed—never hot. Discard any uneaten food after 2 hours. Wash all surfaces and utensils with hot soapy water after preparation. Consult your veterinarian before introducing this diet, especially for dogs with kidney disease or on medications.
⚠️ Recipe Drift Warning
Do NOT substitute chicken with turkey of different fat content without adjusting oil quantities. Do NOT replace bone broth with regular broth lacking collagen. Avoid substituting salmon with tilapia or catfish as omega-3 content differs significantly. Do NOT use white rice instead of brown rice as it lacks fiber for senior digestion. Turmeric should not be replaced with curry powder which may contain toxic garlic/onion powder. Always verify all ingredients are dog-safe before substitution.
⚕️ Always consult your veterinarian before changing your pet's diet.
