Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken liver
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken liver in water until fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
  2. Hard boil the eggs and remove the shells.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken liver, peeled eggs, and water in a blender.
  4. Add the sunflower oil and blend until smooth.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool completely before serving.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
