Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cook chicken liver thoroughly in a pan without oil or seasoning; chop into small pieces.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan until fully cooked; let cool.
  3. Poach or boil chicken breast; shred finely.
  4. Steam pumpkin until soft and mash with a fork.
  5. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let cool.
  6. Combine chicken liver, eggs, chicken, pumpkin, and quinoa in a bowl.
